We had another plumber come in to do other work and clear a slow drain. They left their snake in the pipe. We called Rainshaw to get this fixed. He came was very personable and professional. He said that we had a few options. I chose to do whatever it took to remove the snake. He worked effectively and efficiently and was able to get the snake out without needing to replace any of the plumbing. He was also able to clear the clog Now the drain is operating properly. Highly recommend them.

The team was fantastic, found out that my hot water heater had broken when I went to take a shower at 7.30am. Called and left a message on their emergency number, had a call back by 9.15am, someone onsite by 10.30am to assess the issue and the necessary replacement installed by 1.45pm all on the same day. Throughout the process everyone was very clear what was going to happen and what I was committing to from a price perspective, and Bill who handled the installation clearly walked through out options and what it would mean. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone.

Always have great customer service with Ranshaw. Joe was very courteous and knowledgeable. He came to do a tune up on my boiler. Incredibly professional and detailed oriented. He even recommended a chimney company for a cleaning inspection. Terrific service!
