Andrea at the front desk is arrogant and treats patients as if they were her employees. She behaves the same way toward her coworkers, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.
That said, the doctors and medical assistants are excellent. My daughter and I see Dr. Ghada, and I have also seen Dr. Ayman twice. Both doctors are friendly and professional, but Dr. Ghada is especially attentive and provides a higher level of care.

When I met Dr.Kelly I had been going through the darkest time in my life and he asked me if I wanted to talk about it and I just started crying! i didn’t feel like I was seeing a doctor, I had felt like I was talking to a friend. He just listened. He didn’t judge me when that’s all I did to myself. He asked me questions, took his time and offered solid advice that I still think about today. I tell everyone about him! He was a huge part of me getting back on my feet and I’m forever thankful for him. He’s truly a wonderful doctor and New York Internal Medicine is lucky to have him!

I've been seeing Dr Kelly for the past 7 years now. He has been a total professional and truly prioritizes your health and well being. At times, when the office is slow, both Dr Kelly and Dr Attia will see you at the same time and work together to find a resolution or pin point the cause of an ailment. For example, I had a rash on the surface of my skin which looked like dermatitis, possible eczema, or possible skin infection. With the uncertainty, they referred me to a dermatologist who found that it was Lime Disease. They advocate for you and encourage 2nd and 3rd opinions, which is what you want in a Dr, no ego.I'm a very active 46 year old, train jiu jitsu 3-4 times per week. Dr Kelly has helped me through injury, illness and the aging possess while taking the time to learn about my profession and family. A real professional with an interest in his clients.This office of Internal Medicine always has assistants, future Doctors in training who are all thrilled to be learning from Dr Kelly. One assistant even said she's decided to be a primary Dr because of the impression Dr Kelly has made on her. I think that says a lot.Whoever read this, I hope you're happy and healthy!

My wife Rosemary and I have been patients at this practice as far back as Dr Sammi. Now we see Dr Kia and John Kelly have been our physicians and we couldn't be happier.

I really like visiting this office. The front desk staff is really sweet and attentive. Dr. Kelly is always pleasant to talk with and always responds to my phone calls. He does his best to help with whatever condition I’m seeing him for. I do wish that the physical therapy place below the office took my insurance, but that’s not a negative on the office. Wait times have also been very reasonable. Overall I highly recommend this practice.

I have been using this group for over 28 years. Dr John Kelly is the best there is anywhere. He is a great diagnostician and an awesome person. He's kind, caring considerate and never leaves the room till you are completely done asking questions and are comfortable with his answers. I moved to Phoenix a few years ago and have been through 7 primary care doctors here. The is not 1 that can hold a candle to Dr John Kelly. If you or anyone you know is in need of a great Doctor I would highly recommend him.

They have walk in hours Monday to Saturday and you can make an appointment. Great flexibility but if it gets crowded, there's a bit of a wait time. Overall better than going to urgent care. Like anywhere these days, give it some time to get medical forms filled out. Medical offices are insanely busy these days.

I find that doctor John kelly is an excellent doctor he takes time and listen on any problems before he prescribe any medicine, he is a very caring and loving doctor that loves his job and his is good at including his attitude. You will not be disappointed. ?

To be honest my experiences with the front staff would give this place a negative rating, the doctors are so great that i'm willing to put up with all the shit i do with them. But just an fyi the front staff especially the new ones and the older ladies are racist, and rude!! Extremely! I honestly wish they would get people who liked their job because they always give me a headache when I come. Now the doctors including P/A John Kelly, and MD Attia are amazing and really attentive and make sure they make your experience great!
