If I could give zero stars I would. I asked for a trim and to cut 1/2 inch and the guy ended up cutting 3 inches and giving me layers. I am beyond upset and angry. my hair was pretty long before and now it’s to my shoulder.

Had a bad experience at this place. Explicitly ask for a charcoal/ashy color, pointed on the sample, but got dark brown- exactly what I didn't want to have! If you can't accommodate what the customer is asking than just say NO!

Staffed by 2 professionals in every sense. Great quality cuts, competitive pricing,and going out of their way to please their clients, and walk-in customers. Yes. They do wear masks.
