“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to share this experience. I called because I urgently needed to see the doctor, and Sandy, who answered the phone, was incredibly kind and caring. She took her time to ask many questions so she could truly understand how I was feeling and how serious my eye condition is.

I have a very sensitive eye disease, and not everyone understands how difficult it can be. Sandy listened patiently, showed real concern, and made sure I could come in to see the doctor. While I was feeling sad and tired because of my eyes, her kindness truly made my day.
