“We had nothing short than a wonderful experience this past Friday at the Liverpool Location! My Daughter has severe Anxiety and was a bit overwhelmed with our appointment. Between Misty and the absolutely wonderful woman who taught my daughter how to use her contacts(I hate that I can’t remember her name) it was the most flawless appointment! I have been coming to Americas Best for over 20 years for myself…. And I have never had the experience that we received at this location (our first time here)! We will always make sure to make our appointments at this location moving forward! It’s so refreshing to see that there are genuinely kind people who care about others! They could have been annoyed by her anxiety but they showed my daughter that people can be truly amazing! Thank you the the entire staff in Liverpool! “Malara Eye Care is the best! I go to the Liverpool office and everyone, from the time I checked in until I checked out, was friendly, professional, and helpful. My questions were readily answered, Dr. Malara’s post-exam feedback was knowledgeable and clear, and a woman deserving of sainthood (Michelle) found about two dozen pairs of frames for me to try on. She never made me feel rushed and I found frames that were just right for my needs. (I’m kind of tough on my glasses.) She was very knowledgeable about lenses, too; I can’t wait to pick up my perfect new glasses!One more thing — when I first went to Malara Eye Care in 2020, I had no insurance, but they had/have discounts for the uninsured. You’ve got to try Malara!“
