Vivo Infusion® Harrison is a trusted, Joint Commission-accredited infusion center that offers physician-prescribed IV infusion therapy for chronic and autoimmune conditions such as asthma, Crohn’s disease, MS, RA, TED, and ulcerative colitis. The center provides a comfortable and clean environment with recliners, TVs, and snacks to help patients feel relaxed during their treatments, which typically last a few hours. The staff is known for being kind, professional, and caring, creating an excellent experience for patients. Many appreciate the personalized care, private rooms, and easy parking. The facility is highly recommended for its friendly atmosphere and thoughtful service, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for during their infusion sessions.
There was an issue retrieving my medication from the fridge, which delayed me for almost an hour. Other than that, the room was clean, the snacks plentiful, and the nurses kind and friendly. I'll definitely be coming here again.
From the initial greeting at the front desk to our interactions with the clinic operations manager, nurse practitioner (NP), and tele‑briefing nurse, every step felt attentive and unrushed. We received clear information throughout the infusion process — including possible side effects, safeguards in place, and follow‑up protocols. It’s reassuring that VIVO works closely with our neurologist, and the team consistently provides timely feedback when needed. Their professionalism and coordination made the entire experience seamless and comforting. This was our first infusion at this location, first impression truly sets the stage for future visits.
The staff at EVO was amazing. It was my first time having an infusion and I had several questions, from financial responsibility to what to expect. All questions were answered and any concerns were dismissed. I need to comment on the first voice that I heard at EVO. Deja is her name. Deja was charming and professional.
