The team at Remodel are great to work with on the redesign of my kitchen. They were flexible and creative. I spoke to other kitchen planners who did not want to get involved until demolition was completed and drywall installed. Dennis and Joss were willing to start the planning before demo. They could see what the approximate dimensions would be and we got a lot of work done before we had final measurements. They came in for final measurement 3 days into the project and were able to submit the order for custom cabinets within 2 weeks of the start of work. Installation happened within 2 months of the start of demo. I'm very pleased with the results
I’ve actually been using FI for about 7 years, and they have been awesome! I find them to be very fair with pricing. They are upfront with how much a service call and how much something will be.Yesterday I needed an emergency service call after optimum fried my router (mine) and model (optimums). Because I owned my router, optimum would not help me. At about 2:45, I received a call and was told they would be at my house in 30 min and in about 10 minutes, he told me I needed a new router. Less than an hour later, the modem was at my house from their office and installed and I was back online!I think anyone else would’ve left me without internet and watching only channel 7 all weekend (my remote is WiFi).Thank you so much for always coming through!

I can't say enough about Bidawee Westhampton. We went to them when our beloved dog became suddenly ill. Everyone on the staff was exceptional. When we lost our girl they took care of her cremation and were incredibly caring. There was even a sweet German shepherd in the office when we were making arrangements that was like a natural therapy pup and a chihuahua that provided comic relief. Definitely helped lighten our mood on a very difficult day!
