We had a good experience with Remodel. The showroom is fabulous with a huge selection that would satisfy any buyer. Meredith was our salesperson and adviser. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would advise buyers to find out the installation cost before buying any tile so you know what the total cost of the renovation will be. Our installation turned out really well and we are very satisfied.
I’ve actually been using FI for about 7 years, and they have been awesome! I find them to be very fair with pricing. They are upfront with how much a service call and how much something will be.Yesterday I needed an emergency service call after optimum fried my router (mine) and model (optimums). Because I owned my router, optimum would not help me. At about 2:45, I received a call and was told they would be at my house in 30 min and in about 10 minutes, he told me I needed a new router. Less than an hour later, the modem was at my house from their office and installed and I was back online!I think anyone else would’ve left me without internet and watching only channel 7 all weekend (my remote is WiFi).Thank you so much for always coming through!

He was very knowledge and straight forward. My new heater was installed within the week. We had an issue and once again John, the owner came to the house and addressed the issue . I can't say enough about Bidawee Westhampton. We went to them when our beloved dog became suddenly ill. Everyone on the staff was exceptional. When we lost our girl they took care of her cremation and were incredibly caring. There was even a sweet German shepherd in the office when we were making arrangements that was like a natural therapy pup and a chihuahua that provided comic relief. Definitely helped lighten our mood on a very difficult day!
