I went there to get a controller fix and Axel was excellent. When the controller was unresponsive instead of dismissing me he brought his computer out of the back and worked on it in front of me. This was the best customer service and I didn’t have an appointment.

Axel is very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my iphone 11 in 30 minutes and I thought it was toast. I will def be back!! He deserves a raise...he is what you want representing this company.10 stars if I could

Tyler the lead tech was incredible despite a bad experience I was having with another store. Tyler did everything he could to make up for it and provided amazing customer service. Asurian give that man a raise ?
