“I’ve been a client since March 2023. I no longer need monthly massages ( due to accident in 2002) and see my chiropractor every 6 wks opposed to every 2 wks. My chiropractor says I’m in the best shape since she started treating me in 2005, that my back is stronger & I hold my adjustments longer . I am 67 yrs young , and go weekly for 25 min sessions . My flexibility has increased significantly. I stand taller & straighter , sit straighter and walk taller . I would highly recommend Southtowns Stretch if you have back pain , leg pain , upper body pain . Your muscles will thank you and your outlook of life will improve! My flexologist is Rebekah & she is very knowledgeable of the musculoskeletal system since she also teaches yoga. I had to have surgery recently and I was able to put my account on hold with no fees & no issues . They have always been very accommodating as well when I’ve had last minute issues arise.”
