Elmwood Immediate Care provides an exceptional experience. The doctors are amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate, and very thorough, focusing on identifying the root cause of illnesses. The staff and nurses are awesome, very helpful, and go above and beyond. Patients report being seen right away, often in and out in 15 minutes, which is much better than larger urgent care locations where waits are long. Every issue is addressed fully, leaving patients feeling taken care of to the fullest extent. Many recommend this place highly and have never had a bad experience.
Best urgent care in buffalo. Came here after Well Now informed me that they didn’t have an in-person provider.
The Dr was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Nurse was HILARIOUS. I will come here from now on for my urgent care needs.

Best experience, the staff was awesome. In and out physical and responsive to calls and requests. 10/10 would recommend. Much better then the larger urgent care locations that leave you waiting for hours to be seen.
