A friendly, pleasant experience. A thorough cleaning by Michelle and a professional lookover by Dr. Rheinlander. Great care. Receptionist was efficient but not especially pleasant or welcoming. May have been overloaded, as she was working alone at the time of my appointment.
Both the hygienist and the dentist were very accommodating to me as I have shoulder pain and cannot lay completely back which of course makes it harder to do their job but they made it work. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Tara Halliwell-Kemp at Inspire Dental in West Seneca. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
She successfully removed all four of my wisdom teeth, plus an additional tooth coming in behind another—without any complications. I only used nitrous oxide (NO₂), and despite being nervous (I’ve never had oral surgery or even a toothache before), she made everything feel like nothing.
Now, the very next day, I have no pain and no swelling, which honestly surprised me.
