I visited her store many years ago because she hired my daughter (whom she never paid after she worked a week). Then as I visited I was with my new grandson ( whom I was babysitting for free so my daughter could get back on her feet) and had just bought a new camera to photograph my newborn grandson. Well I stepped away for a moment to go to the ladies room in a close area and the doctors son (well known thief) stole my brand new camera. Poor experience, we will will not return. Experience was generally unprofessional, confusing and manipulative. Two long appointments (one telemedicine pre-appt) and one two+ hour appointment for son’s annual exam. He never wants to go to another eye appointment, ever. They said it was “thorough”. He was told to buy glasses he didn’t need (he already had a pair) and thankfully my husband got there in time as they were telling him to sign for new $300 glasses. They said glasses would take four weeks. My husband took him somewhere else to fix the ones he had and it took 48 hours. We won’t be returning.
DO NOT GO HERE! Zero stars! She had my daughter and I pick out frames from HER selection on Sept 7th. She told us it would take about a week and a half for my daughter's glasses to come in. I paid out of pocket after insurance $62.00 for frames and an upsell of some glare scratch coating stuff that she said we absolutely need. On october 3rd I was calling looking to pick up. She told me she couldn't remember what we did? Gave me another phone number of hers to txt. I did txt and she still didn't answer, nor ever answered again. I have all screenshots of my calls. I then call my vision insurance company after she still didn't respond. They told me she had not submitted...read full review
