I’ve been going here for years, the doctors are very good and extremely knowledgeable. However the ladies at the front desk seriously need customer service etiquette, more specifically Alice. She can be extremely rude and snobby and gives off this attitude like you’re bothering her and she’s doing you a HUGE favor. It’s LITERALLY her job to help and I shouldn’t feel like I am burden especially when I’m not feeling well. Please retrain or rehire your front desk staff to have more empathy and compassion.
I feel bad for the people who had negative feelings about this place because that was never my experience anytime i went. I was an hour late for an appointment i called to inform them and they were very accommodating. The ladies up front are polite and helpful. Dr. Kenneth Okere is quite proficient at what he does.
EXCELLENT provider's on all levels! Been going to Stat for years and they have never let me down!Will not go anywhere else~The wait time is long, but the fact is they don't rush their patient's and so I don't mind waiting.
