I'm overflowing with gratitude for the exceptional care Dr. Harjes and the VMCLI team have shown my precious 15-year-old snow-shoe Siamese cat, Jake, and me during our first serious medical emergency. Their kindness, patience, and encouragement have been a constant source of comfort. Mellie’s training on administering injections and IVs has empowered me to provide the best possible care for Jake at home. I'm so thankful to have my beloved best friend by my side! I brought my collie, Sadie, here for chemo treatment. Dr. Brodsky and his team took such great care of her. I was able to spend 9 more months with Sadie because of Dr. Brodsky’s care. He was careful and thorough and attentive to Sadie’s specific needs. I am beyond grateful for every extra day I had with her. I also wanted to specifically thank Lee Anne, one of the oncology team members, who took a special liking to Sadie- I saw Sadie come out of her shell with Lee Anne like I’d never seen her do with anyone else outside of her family. We are so grateful and happy with the service we have received from Dr. Carver and Dr. Brodsky for our lab with osteosarcoma. The front desk/back office at VMCLI is really easy to work with as far as on time appointments, estimates and billing, etc. Once you are a patient someone is always available to answer questions or fill prescriptions by email. The doctors themselves are very thorough, patient and willing to answer tons of questions. We had to have a leg amputation, and just like Dr. Carver said, Jeter was up and moving within days.
