being a chinchilla father of 2….its been very tough to find a reliable exotic vet nearby but i now have somewhere to take my pets whenever they need something. The staff here are super friendly and extremely helpful. They are very thorough with their checkups and how they go about diagnosing a problem. i would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind of animal related medical attention!!!
I didn't know what to expect from a 24 hr vet these days. But I must say my daughter took her cat there and while I waited she was well informed and seen very quickly. They were upfront with info and very caring with treatment. We weren't disappointed. Would recommend this place highly.
I brought my cat here for a tooth extractions and was blown away by the service.Dr. Carmichael and the entire staff here are WONDERFUL.As a retired RN, I can recognize good care when I see it, and this group is exceptional.Kristen and the front desk staff are spot on with paperwork and support, the vet techs are knowledgable and caring, and Dr. Carmichael is exceptional.Kudos to all!
