10 years with this group, I have no complaints, courteous staff and clinical team. Task are done seamlessly, care plan is outlined and my child is engaged in his care. Keep up the good work.
The doctors are amazing but the company that runs it sucks. Everything is a whole process, just to get a person on the phone and not a robot takes forever. I miss the old office. I wish they would go back to the simple because it was happier and healthier for the patient.
I have been using this medical group since my first child was born 17 years ago. On Halloween, my son had a massive asthma attack and I called the office asking for a steroid. Dr. McNally called me personally and when I told him my son couldn't breathe and I was super worried, he told us to come right over. It turns out the office was closed already and he and one of the nurses stayed late to care for us. In the 17 years that I've been using this group, I have found that they always go out of their way for their patients.
