Today, a summer Sunday, we woke up to an overflowing ,leaking toilet bowl when we used our upstairs shower. We tried everything to unclog it. Nothing helped. We.called East Coast thinking they would probably get back to us tomorrow. But , within minutes he called us right back and come within a half hour on a Sunday. . He knew exactly where the clog was. It was a tough one to unclog due to our curvy pipes. But, Adrian was so knowledgeable and had all the right tools. Hes a pleasant man and explained everything that was happening and how he was gonna clear it. Within minutes it was all clear. Thank you, Adrian for responding and coming on a Sunday.
Age and his crew at east coast are the best. They come and take their time to clean the septic tank better than other company's ive delt with they actually take the solid waste out..
I have been using this company for cesspool service since 2012 when it was Brady, then Two Brothers, and now East Coast Septic and Drain. Age did a great job and solved our problem with our cesspool. He was courteous and quickly resolved the issue. I highly recommend this company.
