I’ve been using Ducold Mechanical for the past 15+ years, and they’ve always been reliable and know exactly what they’re doing. They’re knowledgeable, dependable, and get the job done right the first time. I don’t usually recommend many companies, but these guys I would definitely recommend for any refrigeration needs.
Great experience from start to finish. Greg answered my initial call promptly, came the very next day to look at my central air conditioning, which was not working, and gave us a Very fair price quote to fix it. We signed the contract immediately, the unit was delivered, and in two days I have a whole new air conditioning system, some of the duct work was replaced, and I have a new thermostat. After going two weeks with heat and humidity, it feels like heaven in here.. Greg, and his team, were neat, punctual, and overall nice people. I would highly recommend them.
Absolutely amazing service. Came down immediately after first call, gave a very detailed explanation of issue and fixed it. Next day followed up to ensure everything was working ok. Ducold is my new go to for hvac!
