Absolutely awful experience. This experience was so unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn other pet owners. From the moment he arrived, the groomer was rushing through everything. He was so rude, dismissive, and acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience. As a first time puppy owner I had questions about the process and was hoping for alittle guidance, but instead of making me feel informed, he seemed impatient and eager to get the interaction over with. There was no warmth, no patience, and no effort to make me or my puppy feel comfortable.

This man is extremely rude and unprofessional. To not be able to give him 0 stars, makes me upset. On the phone, he was very nice but in person, he was a completely different person. He was rude from the start and I did not trust my puppy to be groomed by him. I told him I changed my mind on him grooming my puppy. Beware of people that are 2 faced like this as they do not have good intentions, especially with our furry friends

Oscar is a wonderful groomer and always grooms my dog beautifully. He is prompt on his arrival times and carefully grooms my doggie. He also has groomed my parent’s dog. Thank you, Oscar :)
