“I started using this place because of knee pain. My fifth visit will be today at the Baybridge location. This is on the second floor of a small shopping center, but there is an elevator to reach it. The space is clean and well-lit with large windows with a view of the water and Throgs Neck Bridge. This allows some diversion while using the machines. Patients do not have a dedicated staff member and one might encounter different people at visits. One staff member seems devoted to going around and cleaning the bed/tables and machines after use. The therapists are knowledgeable and explain things well. I have noticed improvement with the elimination of pain, but I have a ways to go with climbing steps. My sessions are one hour.“

“I had surgery on my ACL and meniscus in mid March on a Friday and started therapy the following Monday. I thought it would be too soon and that my recovery would take a long time. With the help of TSPT, I was able to get rid of my crutches in a week, stop using the leg brace in 3 weeks and my legs have never felt stronger. The staff there is very friendly. A couple of months ago, I injured my knee and was dealing with pain that made walking especially difficult. After getting a recommendation, I reached out to Scott. He took the time to really understand what was going on and treated my knee with a combination of stretches, exercises, and other therapies.
