I was in the Douglaston area and really wanted to get a manicure. I looked for salons near me and Mellow Nails and Spa came up. I drove over there and got a spot right in front. I know parking there can be difficult, but there were two or three other spaces when I was there in the late afternoon. Grace and the other women there were so friendly and welcoming. The place was so beautiful and looked like they opened last week. I asked Grace how long she had been in business there and she said 3 years. I couldn't believe it! My only go-to nail salon! I’ve been to so many in the area as well as the city, but no other salon compares to this one. The owner and staff are all so sweet, attentive and warm. Very clean and my polishes all last forever without peeling or cracking. They really use all the best and high quality products. I highly recommend!
The nail salon is small, but very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they even offer complimentary massages, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately , they don’t offer dip powder. Overall, they do a solid job with the nails. The only downsides are that the color selection is a bit limited and the prices are slightly on the higher side.
