Last week I received my dress in the mail and wouldn’t fit. I took the dress here on Wednesday morning and needed it by Friday as my baby shower was on Saturday. I knew this was a short timeline for such a big job. I needed the dress to be made bigger and also shortened. Graciously they were able to do it and did an AMAZING job. I was able to wear my dress to my baby shower and was sooo happy. I will tell everyone about this tailor. Thank you for everything 😊
I brought curtains in to be shortened. It was a big job, 16 panels. Turnaround was approximately 2 weeks, however it was over the holidays and I was not in a rush. Prices were very reasonable. We received everything neatly folded and boxed. The curtain panels measured exactly what I had specified. They did a great job and you can't even tell that they have been altered. The only reason that I am giving 4 stars vs 5 stars is because they only accept cash payment, no credit card, which can be inconvenient for some people.
Had the most amazing experience with Webster Custom Tailor. My son bought a suit at the last minute (before a tournament) and of course the men’s suit store could not alter it in time for his trip. I had no idea what to expect needing an altered suit within 24 hours, while the owner was incredibly kind and understanding of our rush job. Not only was she kind, but she was also thorough and the details --- hems were straight and the stitching was subtle and consistent! It was more than a minor adjustment; it was a full-on tailoring job as the suit was a size to large (my son had to have that exact suit).
