I went in with my sister who had an insanely bad cough and high fever. We were waiting in the waiting room for 40 minutes and there was no one anywhere. The front desk was super sweet and helpful but a wait that long with a completely empty waiting room is unacceptable.

I went to UC because I couldn't see my doctor. I was in serious pain and needed to know if I broke some ribs from a fall I took. They suggested I go to the ED at RGH because they had better equipment to diagnose my pain. They were very concerned about why I fell, but didn't have a CT machine.

Years ago I’d avoid this place like the plague. The staff were awful and frequently unpleasant. I went last night and everyone was absolutely incredible and truly went above and beyond!
