A bit disappointed with the hours of operation, in that we showed up three times this week only to find the wash closed during normal business hours for “inclement weather “. Monday was understandable with other business closing, but the other three times were disappointing. It’s winter in NY. Snow should be expected. We live about 15 miles away, so it’s not easy to just run to another location. A taped paper sign at the wash entrance is both unprofessional and inadequate. We have been members for years, and never had any issues until now

Zach (the manager) is the best! I went through the car wash and realized at some point the wash broke my side mirror (the shell of the mirror was damaged beforehand). I went inside not thinking I was going to get anywhere but I wanted to try. Zach checked out the damage, filed a claim, and called me the next day to let me know they bought a replacement mirror for me and he would try to install it once it was delivered. Zach went above and beyond my expectations and he did in fact install it successfully and I couldn’t be more grateful!

To the young man with the glasses on Today THANK YOU,so very much for all your help, real definition of team player as he tried helping me find my mailbox key that was vacuumed u. Even though we didn't have any luck he was a very great help. Just thought u should be recognized for this. Keep up the good customer service ??????. I wish I had cash to leave a tip for u.
