Do not get a membership. They treat their employees horribly. Stating policies are in effect for their providers… but I know that to not be true. Find someone who provides these types of services as an individual provider so the $ goes to the person doing the actual work. Experienced this in two separate scenarios - raised price for firm pressure massages due to the work and wear and tear on therapist body - just a portion went to therapist. Today had to cancel - first time ever because woke up with a fever. Charging me a full service because that is how a therapist makes their money… yes, their shitty hourly rate. I tried to buy a gift card for a friend. I spent $75 dollars and made a typo in the recipients email address. I called the company AND followed up with the email address they told me to write to and I never got a refund OR was able to actually give the gift I paid for. Shame on this company!!

I saw ChrisV for a deep tissue massage. He is very skilled, taught me some stretches to help keep my muscles looser, and overall was very pleasant and professional. The only problem being he's booked out so far... he recommended I come back in 3 weeks but I can't get in with him for at least 3 months ?
