Our furnace was not working. The thermostat would show it as working (on), but it was not turning on (no noise could be heard, no heat from the vents). Alex had helped us with a small issue for the same furnace a few years ago. We asked him to take a look. He came, checked and said there was no major issue. The Inducer Fan Motor had become stuck. He rotated and loosened (unstuck) it. Put everything back together. Turned the furnace on and Voila! It was working. He is honest. Does not make you buy unnecessary parts and pay high bills. Charged us only $125. Very reasonable. He also replaced our water heater 2 years ago. Very professionally done. Very pleased with his service.... read full review

Had just bought a new house and the previous owner had no fixed the central AC for years. I called Alex and he was there the same day and had it up and running the very next day. Incredible professionalism and response time. I could not ask for a better resource to have for all my heating and cooling needs. Alex showed up promptly and was very polite. He was respectful of my home by wearing clean overshoes to not bring dirt onto my floors. He was efficient and quick. I consider him my go to HVAC guy.
