Have been going there for three months now and couldn't be happier with the results. Zack has helped me set realistic goals for myself and simplified my meal plan and exercise routine in a way I can stay consistent with. He also keeps track of my workouts so I can not only see my gains in the mirror but also on paper. Even just in three months I have learned skills that will last a lifetime and discipline that we will span into many other areas of my day to day life. I started working with Ryan at ATR at the end of January, training twice a week, and I can honestly say it has been life-changing. Since starting, I’ve lost over 40 pounds, gained strength, built confidence, and developed habits that I know will benefit me long-term.
