First and most important, the on-site staff is terrific ? ?
The remote eye exam process is not good. I do not recommend participating. A routine 30 minute appointment took well over an hour. Three photos/videos of my eyes, the long upload process for each effort, the Dr review, the Dr instruction to look this way or that way for all three efforts.
I was told it would take longer.
I did not expect a 70+ minute excursion.
The staff on site was wonderful.
Further, I've worn contacts for 30+ years. The after all this, I still don't have a finalized contact prescription. Ridiculous.
OMG LEX AND ALL THE Staff THAT DAY, the Webster, Holt Road …. Clean store, fun and knowledgeable staff, great selection and buy one get one 40….. bought two without insurance….. Because of their staff!!! Not pushing the most expensive, and I highly recommend!!!!??
Called this morning for an emergency visit due to pain I was having in my eye. Lex picked up right at 9am when they opened and was able to get me an appointment with the doctor that afternoon. She was so incredibly nice and helpful, and I had a great experience with the doctor as well. He was able to see me quickly, diagnose my issue, give me information that I could easily understand, and even helped make sure that I was able to get my prescription eye drops. Incredible service, highly recommend.
