I have been here multiple times for both of my kids because everything happens after 5pm or on weekends. Everytime we have been seen quickly, and everyone is incredibly kind. There were crayons and coloring in the waiting room and popsicles for the kids while they waited. It feels much friendly and warmer than an adult Urgent Care and I’m so glad it exists for my kids!

I’ve been taking my kids to AcuteKids Urgent Care since it first opened in 2019, and our positive experiences are why we continue to go back. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. We are consistently treated with respect, and our concerns are truly heard. It’s very clear that the team is experienced and confident in pediatric care, and my children have always been treated appropriately based on their diagnoses. Most recently, I brought in my young athlete for a sports-related injury. We were brought in right away, and even if there had been a wait, it wouldn’t have mattered. Super kind and attentive Physician and Staff. I truly appreciate this place, wait time was not long compare to Hospital pedED, specially for acute symptoms. It is my go to urgent care for my son's acute symptoms. I recommend 100%.
