What do you do when you are expecting 11 guests on Friday, and discover on Thursday that there is no hot water and 2 parts are needed to repair the hot water heater. It's too late to cancel so you call Holbrook Heating & Air Conditioning in Watervliet. Great guys! Very professional and friendly. The process was seamless from estimate to install. 10 k cheaper than competitor. Had them install a heat pump heat and a/c. Using the attic for the air handler and they ran 8 vents. System is very Quiet. 1 Minor issue was resolved immediately with 1 phone call. Tech was sent outand arrive within 30 min. So happy with this company.Highly recommend!
Holbrook has maintained, expanded and improved our system in an old house for 24 years. The owner, the staff and the maintenance personnel have been consistently outstanding.
