I highly recommend calling John Stevens of the PCS Team. When we received unexpected orders in 2014 right at the end of a deployment to Afghanistan, John helped us list our home. Then, with a very limited amount of time to sell, we decided to also list it for rent, out of fear of being stuck with a mortgage. He was incredibly understanding and supportive though he had nothing to gain from the decision.Fast forward five years and our rental had become a nightmare, literally. John was amazing to work with! He helped us start our house hunt from afar (prior to our move), showed us homes in person when we visited, as well as continued to find us homes to look at when nothing seemed to be “quite the right fit”. John is very patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the area. John was initially recommended to us and we are so glad he was!
