I am a new customer of Coles, as our previous service provider of over 30 years retired. Finding someone new was stressful, after having someone we trusted enough leave our house unlocked and just let them go in and do thier job. The bar was set very high! A friend recommended Coles to me and they have now been out to service our furnance and most recently our AC unit. The technicians they sent to do both jobs were outstanding. They were personalable, profesional and very knowledgable. They have exceeded my expectations. I feel very confident that we have found the right company for us and look forward to having a longstanding relationship with them.
Bar none COLES Heating & Cooling of Washingtonville is THE BEST local & friendly service company‼️ I called & explained my situation with dispatcher Emma, who was very nice & professional & she understood my situation of my A/C unit in need of refrigerant. She didn’t push like other companies did in that, I needed a new unit & she didn’t give me the sob story that refrigerant is extremely expensive. So ultimately, we scheduled an appointment ASAP. In which, also other companies wouldn’t call me back or they were “booked” until September 🤔🙄 & gave me the “runaround”. We have been using Cole’s of Washingtonville for our HVAC and plumbing needs for several years now. Everyone from Erin in the office to Billy and Chris “in the field” are EXCELLENT! They are as honest as friendly as they come. And the work is top notch too! We HIGHLY recommend!!!
