PuroClean of Syracuse North
“Basement flooded for the 2nd time in 3 years due to a sump pump drainage issue. Not great.
Called PuroClean because they were excellent the first time around and I trusted them. They showed up fast, got the water out, set up drying equipment, and handled the mess without hesitation. The crew was personable and professional.
Jim was easy to deal with and explained the process including what to do for insurance next steps (even though that wasn’t part of their job - it was refreshing to not feel completely defeated by the disaster at hand).
Hopefully I don’t need this service again, but if I do, I’m calling PuroClean.”
Fire & Water Restoration, LLC
“In the unfortunate event of a fire or flood, Fire & Water Restoration is the only name that does or should come to mind. They are incredibly responsive, and they will not finish the job at your home or place of business until you are 100% satisfied. Pete, Mike, Mark, Brian, Luke, Matt, Allison, and the rest of the team are incredibly well-versed in the company and extremely attentive. They always have the customer's best interest in mind. I highly recommend their services!”
