“Trey & Meriwether 100%!!My apt has a continuing sewage flooding issue. It's been horrible, as well as the treatment from my complex. To say I wasn't looking forward to whoever they were sending to sanitize, is an understatement. But, I was pleasantly surprised! These 2 guys drove from Syracuse to Canandaigua in a bad storm, got soaked waiting for me to finally get to the door..but greeted me with smiles and reassurance. My stress level went from a 10/10 to ZERO. They told me my job was to relax and theirs was to take of the issue. They were thorough and timely and even did some pick up that maintenance had left. They went above and beyond and I would recommend 100% ?“

“I used PuroClean in Syracuse, NY. My spouse passed away in our house and was not found for a few days. (We did not live together). It was awful. After an initial issue with getting in touch with them, they came to the house promptly and assessed the issue, which involved bio hazard cleanup. They scheduled a time to come in with a dumpster, as most of the furniture and rug from that room had to be removed and thrown out. They also did some additional work for me moving more unwanted things from the house as the dumpster was there. From start to finish, they were very kind and helpful. Another company I called gave me an estimate thousands more than PuroClean, and it was because they were planning to do things completely unnecessary for the job. PuroClean disinfected the area and sprayed to get the smell out. I have been in pretty much daily since and there is no issue. But they said they would return and use some special machines to remove the air if necessary, but it wasn't. What I really appreciated is how kind and helpful they were. One of the crew who did not speak great English showed me his cell phone, where he had put a lovely message to me of condolence, then hugged me. I am very particular about doing a job correctly, and they did not disappoint.“
