“Basement flooded for the 2nd time in 3 years due to a sump pump drainage issue. Not great.

Called PuroClean because they were excellent the first time around and I trusted them. They showed up fast, got the water out, set up drying equipment, and handled the mess without hesitation. The crew was personable and professional.

Jim was easy to deal with and explained the process including what to do for insurance next steps (even though that wasn’t part of their job - it was refreshing to not feel completely defeated by the disaster at hand).

Hopefully I don’t need this service again, but if I do, I’m calling PuroClean.“
