    Normally, I would give them five stars, but the last two times I made an appointment with the person I always use and now she's conveniently sick. They told me I would have to wait two hours to get another appointment who is two hours on a Saturday why do they ask for your phone number? If they're not going to use it they overbooked. The prices are good but the lady at the desk is nasty as anything.

    I’ve been going here for 5 years now and normally do not have any issues. Today the girl Summer was doing my nails and they came out nicely, but she was very rude. To start it off, she filed the sides of my nails too thin to the point where it was hurting and I kept flinching. She kept telling me repeatedly to relax and stop but she was hurting me. She was definitely rushing and also kept aggressively grabbing my hand back and pushing it forward. I was there for about an hour and a half but normally they do take longer. I will give her some credit for paying attention to a cut that I had on my finger and told her to be careful and she kept asking if I was okay. Like I said i’ve been going here forever and i’ve never had any issues but that was a very uncomfortable experience.

    called and made appt for 230 for Vivian who is amazing. come in early and was waiting since vivi is busy so they switched me to three diff people for 230 even tho i made an appt. but whenever my appt was running behind previously they’d move me to a diff person to finish it for the incoming person to sit with who they made the appt for. I’m getting a new set and i said pointy almond as short as you can make it and she made them super long but I did clarify a couple times, so i asked for shorter and she got up and walked away. I went to the front desk to figure out what was going on and i was talking to the women/owner(?) and i was like i dont understand everytime and she cut me off and was like “everytime? ive never seen you here before this hasn’t happened everytime” and i literally had to say can you let me finish and said idk why you’re being so rude right now as she had a really nasty attitude and I was also frustrated but I wasn’t being rude to her. I also don’t understand why she would speak to a customer this way. i’ve been coming here for FIVE YEARS when they were in another apt complex . i said everytime my appt is the one running late i get moved not the incoming person so why is that the case now and she was like Vivi is coming she’s coming, she was even looking at me when i was talking, straight disknowledgement. Just to be clear, Vivian is great, but the woman up front as well as some staff are extremely rude.

    I’ve been a customer of Lily’s for about 6 months and will not go anywhere else! She is wonderful! She always does a great job and I leave happy!

    They always see me even if I don't have an appointment. The nails last a long time.

    Both times I have gone here they have messed up my GEL manicure. The first time the lady was completely rude and hurt my nails. The second time they broke within four days of being done, I had left for vacation so I couldn't come back for them to fix it. In addition to CUTTING my nail bed with the drill bit. Went back in and they said there's nothing they can do for my next manicure since I didn't come back within two weeks even though I had photo and date proof. Will NEVER go here again and DO NOT recommend to anyone who wants to have healthy nails that are worth the money. Plus the station was FILTHY when I was sat. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would.

    Awful customer service, I thought they would be good but instead my wife told me that they hurt her. They worked on a broken nail and neglected my wife's feelings and when I came in there and said something, it went one ear and out the other. I probably won't come back here to do business again!

    I had been going to this salon for a couple of years now regularly. Today I went there to get my nails done for Thanksgiving. I explained what I wanted I thought that they understood. Halfway through I realize that they did not understand and when I tried to explain to them again what I wanted they made me feel stupid and made me believe what I wanted was not possible. At the end of my experience I then was informed what I wanted was possible. They said oh next time, so like next Thanksgiving you mean? I get that there was a miscommunication about what I wanted but once they understood what I wanted they should've offered to fix it! It was there miscommunication. And then on top of it to make me feel like I'm the jerk and I'm the idiot is not right. To make matters worse when I got to the register, they charged me an arm and a leg they knew I was not happy and I've been going there for years. They should've taken a little bit off of the price for me that's just good business. No one cared that I was unhappy all they wanted was me gone and their money. I've been going there for years. I could not believe they treated me this way, after I left I sat in the car and cried not that they could give a crap. I will not be returning.

    DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent $50 for a gel chrome manicure 3 days ago (done by Sam) and had to go back today, as two of my nails had already completely chipped. When I went in to get them fixed, the workers were unapologetic, and the woman (Coco) who redid my nails was extremely rude to me. She rushed through fixing my nails and rolled her eyes when I asked her to put an extra protective coat on them. The tips of my nails were wearing down already as well (which is unacceptable, as they had just been done 3 days ago). Coco fixed two of them for me as well, but she rushed those too, and they turned out uneven and patchy. I was really disappointed because I loved my set originally and was excited about it. NOT A SINGLE PERSON apologized for this inconvenience or treated this situation with professionalism. In addition, as soon as I left, they rolled the blinds down, clearly to avoid seeing me. Very immature and obnoxious behavior. I've been coming to Q1 for years, but I won't be returning. While some technicians do great work, the attitude and lack of accountability here are not worth the risk. I strongly recommend going elsewhere so you don't end up with the same upsetting experience.
