Sean did a great job diagnosing the issue with our boiler. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all of my questions. It was clear he was an expert in the field. Thank you Sean and Tragar for the great service. Our service contract has been more than worth it!!
We needed emergency service because our heat was turning on and off just before Christmas, with outside temperatures at 30°F or below. Sam was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked hard for almost two hours, and Targaryen charges a flat service fee rather than billing by the hour, which we really appreciated. We plan to use them for oil delivery and future service, and we highly recommend them as a responsible and honest company.
Tragar service arrived on time for service window. The work was performed in reasonable time, kept everything clean and any questions were answered. We've been with Tragar for service and oil delivery for 2 consecutive years now and very satisfied with the level of service and value of the maintenance subscription. We would highly recommend giving Tragar a try if you're shopping for home heating service and/or oil delivery.
