Thank you Kevin for delivering a really good quality inspection. I also appreciate answers you provided to my follow up questions. I interviewed three inspectors and from those conversations I would have been happy using any of the three. But what set you apart was requesting and viewing a sample inspection. 1st one had really inadequate photos to go along with the inspection findings - areas of concern. The 2nd one had many photos that had no relation to areas of concern. Your sample and ultimately your inspection of our property was right on target. Kevin was fantastic so thorough and friendly. He was at inspection early and got right to work. His report had great pictures and descriptions. Great details with also recommendations. If you are buying a home only use Kevin and Squared Away Home Inspections. You will not be disappointed.
