Very personable and professional service by Mike. Arrived during the stated time period. Wore ‘booties’ when he entered the house, keeping my floors and rugs clean. No nonsense approach. He assessed the situation,offered the solution then priced it out. Gave us an estimate of the time and manpower it would take then asked when we’d like the work done. We said ASAP since it wasn’t an active leak, he could have a crew here in 3 days. We agreed and the job has been scheduled.

The service I received was wonderful. I called for an estimate for a new water heater on Monday morning. Dave, who was extremely knowledgeable & friendly, was at my house that afternoon & my water heater was installed & completely by 11:30 the next morning. I have a very busy work schedule & they rearranged their schedule to accommodate my schedule. Debbie was also very kind & knowledgeable. Dave explained everything in detail & was extremely helpful. He is definitely an asset to this company. I will request him again if I need anything else. I would highly recommend their setvice.
We have used Sal Manzo Plumbing many times. Always with exceptional results. Mike was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He uncovered the exact issue and walked use through the work performed. I will not hesitate to use Sal Manzo Plumbing again and have 100% confidence in any future work Mike will perform.
