Sent a message before they were open and received a call back in a reasonable amount of time. They were able to get me in at my requested time. Of course I got stuck in traffic but they said to keep coming. Sandy was amazing. She was able to get the disaster that I just had done somewhere else off without any issues. She kept making sure I was comfortable. Offered me a blanket while laying down. And best part was the finale. My lashes are AH-MAZ-ING. I couldn't have had a better experience.
