My contractor referred me to both Jason and Justin. They were super quick to respond and very professional. We were experiencing a significant issue tonight and they came in less than an hour. They immediately diagnosed the issue, came up with an affordable resolution, and had it resolved in no time. They were super patient and very caring humble people. You really want to make Extreme Plumbing your plumber for a number of reasons. This is a family business, with the clear commitment and desire by all involved to build a professionally run firm that is well suited for working with homeowners. I’ve met the owner, Jason, his son Jason, and their supporting team member Alberto. They are sincere, helpful, clear(!), fair, honest, neat (everything was carefully cleaned) and clearly in command of their plumbing skill. I had a tough job for them, and they kept at it until everything was resolved optimally and efficiently given the tight space challenges. Homeownership isn’t easy! But with some knowledgeable and kind professionals you can breathe easier. Jason and his team are extremely helpful. They answer the phone when you call, help to triage a problem if they can’t get there right away, and will give you tips to avoid a problem in the future. They are an affordable solution for potentially big expenditures! I am forever grateful for the recommendation I got when I was told to call Jason!
