Recently we lost our beloved mother. It was a traumatic loss for our family, but the staff at Charles O’Shea helped us through it. Nicole was warm and compassionate, guiding us through difficult questions. By the end of our planning session, Nicole placed icons on our phones so that we could access and share details of mom’s wake and funeral. In addition, the website she created allowed friends and loved ones to add messages with memories, photos and virtual candles. These messages gave us so much solace. Kevin was very compassionate and easy to work with during such a difficult time for my family. He answered all of our questions and handled things for us that we couldn't handle ourselves. He ensured everything was in order and showed us true and genuine care for our family during this painful loss.
