Vestal Eye Care is a welcoming and professional establishment, where patients receive excellent care and attention. The staff, including the reception team, doctors, and opticians, are friendly, kind, and patient. Dr. Yeing is particularly praised for her exceptional care and ability to make patients feel comfortable. The clinic's optician is also commended for their outstanding work. Despite some initial concerns based on negative reviews, visitors are often pleasantly surprised by the positive experience they receive.
I am glad I ignored the negative reviews when I was picking a new eye doc! After being a patient here for multiple years now, I can confidently say every person I've dealt with from this office has been nothing but professional, helpful and friendly, even going what I would consider as above and beyond in a few scenarios. The team here is excellent, cannot recommend them enough.
First time with this business and what a pleasant surprise! The Doctor Ying was super nice, staff friendly, John is the man, everyone was helpful. I felt like a person and not just another number. They are my new go to for my eyes!!!!!

The building is easy to locate, on Front Street in Vestal, with ample parking. Inside they have a great selection of frames from various brands, including designer ones (such as Michael Kors) for both men and women. Some are very stylish, some more minimalistic and timeless, they have something to match all tastes and needs.
