I can't say enough good things about Knauf Optical. They are so kind and caring, accomodating and thoughtful. They helped my disabled self get parked and into the building. Selecting new frames was simple, a very nice selection and extremely affordable. The Knauf's are just good people. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thank you so much !!!!!

Family owned and operated.Nice selection for kids and adults.The doctor does a good job on prescriptions and the prices are very reasonable. I recommend Knauf to everyone. Best optical in the southern tier.

This is the best optometrist in the area. Chris, and the whole staff, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, patient and knowledgeable. They even picked out glasses for me; the perfect fit for me and the lenses. That’s not something I do well on my own, and much appreciated. They worked with my insurance and kept my out of pocket so low that even with a spare pair at retail, my total was a fraction of what I’ve ended up paying at any other provider for just the basics. I will never go to another optometrist.
