This is the 2nd time I've taken a computer to CER in Vestal to have life breathed back into it. Both times I was 100% satisfied with the work performed. This last time, Brandon did a truly remarkable job restoring as much of my data and programs as possible after reloading Windows. And the cost was less than I expected.I hope I don't need computer service in the future but if I would, I would absolutely use CER again.
I would never go anywhere else. Had an issue with my printer yesterday, and while it couldn't be fixed due to an motherboard problem, they took care great care of me. They fixed me up with a new printer and helped me set it up. They kept me informed on what was going on with it. First rate group of specialists. Thanks to all who helped me get this done.
We use CER for all of our business computer needs, whether it be new machines, repairs, remote log in help, machine part upgrades, you name it. We call and get the help we need without fail! Highly recommend.
