Took my dad’s Computer in for a new battery. They ordered one and called me when it was ready. Got there and they showed me that it worked great. Great customer service and friendly! That’s very important! First impressions are everything!! Highly recommend them!

Recently purchased a PC at the shop and couldn't be more pleased with the support and knowledge of Zak, and all the staff I have come in contact with from time to time in the shop. Very happy with the service and would wholeheartedly refer friends and family.

Had issues with my year-old gaming PC that turned out to be a faulty power supply. The young man who helped us was very polite, and I appreciated that he was also very patient with my elderly step-father, who came along and asked a lot of random questions about his own computer that he's having issues with. I'm not particularly tech savvy, but my step-dad makes me look like a computer genius by comparison, so I appreciated how calm and polite the employee remained with him even when his questions bordered on nonsensical, lol.The price was very good (less than $200 total between parts and work) and was pretty much done within a week.
