I've visited this location for 3 laser services now and with every round my skin has vastly improved! Twice for Excel and once for Genesis. After my initial appointment where we discussed my concerns (mild rosacea, a stubborn sun spot, fine lines, a small sebaceous hyperplasia, a small bit of hair removal) she determined the Excel would be perfect to address most of my concerns. The first round of Excel greatly reduced the sun spot, resulted in a good amount of hair reduction, reduced my rosacea, and resolved the sebaceous hyperplasia. I have been seeing Jen for over a year now for adult acne. I feel like she heard me and was not willing to stop trying new things until we found a solution that worked for me.
