I've been a member here for many years because AFF has everything you need in a gym. Never a wait for any cardio machines, there is so much equipment, from the old school stuff that I love, to the new state of the art stuff I'm still learning about. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and my new favorite thing is the sauna!! You get so much for a very low price, can't go wrong!

One of my favorite gyms of all time but the recent changes have had a net negative impact. It's much harder to use the equipment that you want now and the leg room is a disaster. It always has way too many people in it and thus you can never use the stuff that you want. It's hard to get the workout that you want here anymore. I don't know why they are messing with the core of this gym. The best thing has always been it's space, simplicity of the equipment and availability. All of those things are now lessened. I may have to go somewhere else to get the workouts that I want.

Great selection of machines and very nice friendly staff. super clean locker rooms and workout space. tanning included in the VERY reasonable $159 yr membership. in terms of covid, VERY VERY SAFE and enforced codes. definately worth the money! only thing lacking is a pool. came here after court jester made absurd time limit mandates
