Windows Installation near Valley Stream picked by BestProsInTown
“Rob and his crew were amazing. My house had three roofs on it and needed to be stripped down and re done. The crew was fast and professional. When they were done they took the time to make sure everything was cleaned up and even rolled magnets around my property to make sure they got all the nails and screws. A wonderful experience all around Highly recommend!!!!!”
“From the moment I walked into Window & Doors of Albertson to order my storm door until the final installation, every step of the experience was exceptional. It is rare to find a business where professionalism and genuine warmth go hand in hand, but this team truly exemplifies both.
The front-desk representative, whom I believe is a member of the owner's family—was a delight to work with. She kept me informed throughout the entire process, ensuring I always knew the status of my order. Her kindness, attentiveness, and sincere customer care made me feel like a valued customer rather than just another transaction.
A special word of appreciation for Egor and Steve, who installed the door. They were warm, courteous, efficient, and highly skilled. Their workmanship was meticulous, and they completed the installation with confidence, precision, and respect for my home. It was evident that they take great pride in what they do.
Outstanding products may attract customers, but exceptional people earn their trust and loyalty. Window & Doors of Albertson have both. This was one of the finest customer service experiences I have had in a long time, and I recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for quality products backed by truly outstanding service.
Thank you, “Window & Doors Team”, for making my experience quite memorable.”
“Alexander Home Improvement recently replaced our roofing and siding, and my wife and I are very pleased with the quality and appearance of our home now. Before choosing them, I obtained estimates from multiple companies (a step I highly recommend). Greg from Alexander provided their estimate and clearly explained all the nitty-gritty details of roofing and siding. He was a pleasure to deal with, and their overall quote was the best. Arnold from their office was also very pleasant to communicate with. As we were promised, the work was completed by their crew within a week. They were highly dedicated and kept the property clear of debris at the end of each workday. I am typically skeptical of 5-star reviews, but based on their fair pricing and excellent performance, Alexander Home Improvement truly deserves five stars. Highly recommended!”
