The homeowner was coming out of the hospital, and we renovated their existing bathroom to make it accessible for their walker, including a custom walk-in shower. Sam was the person we worked with, and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. He quickly provided the glass piece we needed for the knee wall giving it a beautiful curved edge and even handled an additional request the same day.
