Dave at AAAA offered advice and guidance on a situation with one of my client's home purchases. Dave did not originally work on this transaction, but offered me free advice and guidance on how to deal with a city sewer issue. Dave went above and beyond, even following up with me to see how the situation had played out. I'm happy to report that we close next week and my buyer's are elated.
